PWIN's executive management team is composed of six financial, gaming and systems industry seasoned professionals.
The Company's President, STEWARD GARNER has over 13 years experience in Investment Banking and Venture Capital
management, primarily with Canadian firms. Stewart has been PWIN's visionary, producing the key partnerships with
Autotote and ISN, securing funding a! nd collecting a superior and experienced management team that we believe
ensures the Company's success.

Doug McFadden
Doug McFadden, Senior Advisor of Marketing for PWIN among numerous other very profitable multi-national
marketing campaigns, he successfully managed the campaigns for POGs (coordinating Coca-Cola and Wayne Gretzky's
roles) and successfully introduced Pictionary in the U.S.
- Extensive marketing background includes successful international promotional campaigns in both the toy and
sports collectible industry.
- Executive VP of the World POG Federation where he was instrumental in the worldwide promotions of POG,
including the launch of POG in Canada with Wayne Gretzky, Coca-Cola and Mac's Convenience Stores.
- Critical acclaim in the toy industry is a result of many innovative endeavors, including the creation fo "Katch,"
a licensed Irwin game.
- Spearheaded the development and marketing of a new game developed by the creators of Trivial Pursuit
in England, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
- Previously Director of Marketing for The Games Gang, there he launched Pictionary in the United
States.
- Was the first to successfully conduct creative radio campaigns for the American launch of Balderdash.
- Credited with creating the celebrated 72 Canada Russia Series Commemorative Card Series and the board
game Hedbanz.
- Currently serves as the Director of Creative Input for Internet Sports Network.

Stephen D. Peskoff
Stephen Peskoff, Senior Financial Advisor, has been active in the thoroughbred horse racing industry
since 1978 where he has won two Eclipse Awards and was the breeder of 1991's "Horse of the Year." Mr.
Peskoff is consultant to the Chairman of the institutional brokerage firm, Freedman, Billings, and R! amsey (FBR).
He also launched and managed FBR's $2 Billion Special Situations Fund. Prior to FBR, Mr. Peskoff was a Managing
Partner at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert, managing over $2 Billion in securitized assets.
- Consultant to the chairman of FBR since 1994 and launched FBR's Special Situations Group.
- Has been active in the thoroughbred horse industry since 1978, where he has won 2 Eclipse Awards and was the
breeder of 1991's U.S. "Horse of the Year".
- Prior to FBR, Peskoff was with Drexel, Burnham, Lambert, as well as being Managing Partner of Investment
Capital Associates with over $2 billion of real estate in major U.S. metropolitan markets.

Andrew DeFrancesco
- Currently President and Chairman of the Board for Internet Sports Network Inc..
- With the ISNI he has developed over 600 online and offline business partnerships throughout North America
and the world. Clients have included Yahoo, Excite, Cannondale and Daimeler Chrysler. New strategic alliances
are comprised of SportsLine.com(NASDAQ:SPLN), Playboy.com(NYSE:PLAA), Beer.com, E-Lottery (NASDAQ:ELOT)and Actfit.com..
- Prior to ISNI, DeFrancesco was the Executive VP of Dominick & Dominick Securities Canada.
There he was responsible for institutional equity sales and trading, and sourcing and structuring of equity and
debt financings.
- Prior to joining Dominick in 1997, Defrancesco held the position of Manager of Institutional Trading
& Sales, April 1994 to April 1995, and Associate Director, Corporate Finance, April 1995 to July 1997, at C.M.
Oliver & Company Limited.
- From March 1993 to March 1994, he served as an Associate Financial Advisor at Midland Walwyn(now Merrill
Lynch Canada).

Adam Hawkins
Adam Hawkins, Senior Advisor of Marketing, among other achievements, served as Executive Vice-President,
Ontario, Canada, Lottery introducing new products resulting in an annual sales increase from $100 million to over
$1.5 Billion, while managing an annual $100 million dollar budget.
- Mr. Hawkins was with the Ontario Lottery Corporation from 1975 to 1991 where he served as Executive Vice President
for most of this time.
- As Executive Vice President, Mr. Hawkins was part of the Senior Management team which introduced new products
resulting in annual sales increasing from $100 million to over $1.5 billion.
- During his term he introduced a $4 billion cash collection system through electronic funds transfer and managed
a corporate annual budget of over $100 million.
