Server:
- Hardened space at our Network Operation Center (NOC) for the Web and application servers;
- Multiple redundant T3 access points to the Internet with peering agreements insuring fail-over access to the
Internet;
- Continuous and proactive monitoring on a 24x7 basis of all servers;
- Disaster recovery services; and
- ICSA-certified hosting environment
Hardware
Multiple dedicated servers for content delivery and data integration utilizing Cisco Routers and Switches,
and Dell Quad Processor, Xeon Pentium III, Poweredge-based servers running Redhat Linux.
Management
Tape backups are performed on a daily and weekly basis and are stored off site. Servers are SNMP-managed and
utilize devices located on a remote and distant network to notify the us of any problems that internal SNMP may
not be able to detect.
